A few notes:
intlv should be on for interleaved slices
ilts controls how many shots are taken on the same slice before moving to the next slice
pss controls the order of the slices
Petable order usually hits the center of k-space on the first shot and then interleaves after that. The tsense program does not know what order the lines of k-space were taken so you have to specify that in its input (if not using Ken’s automatic version).
If the center of the image or a horizontal line through the center is bright this is usually called by a DC offset between the real and imaginary components of the receivers. This should be fixed with the new digital receivers on the new console
Other lines can be caused by a flow artifact in which fast moving blood through a part of the image causes phase errors.
