|Ilias Rentzeperis <rentzi@stanford.edu>   |freesurfer   |29-Jul-2016 08:50:32   |the subject has a teeth retainer. There was some issues during scanning maybe due to that. The issue was when i started the anatomy scan, it did not start and the "Move to Scan" button blinked. Once I pressed the "Move to Scan" button I could start. Furthermore, there seemed to be a hole around the mouth after shimming.   |1 |
