====== Psychology Department Colloquium Calendar ======
There is a calendar which will show upcoming speakers that you can subscribe to called **PSYCH CAL Colloquium** (cal_sc_psych_cal_colloquium@o365.stanford.edu). It is based in Outlook, but can be viewed through Google or Apple calendar (or any calendar program that support ics). The ics link is:

===== Microsoft Outlook =====
Instructions for subscribing via Microsoft Outlook:
- **Open outlook webmail** Open [[https://webmail.stanford.edu|Outlook webmail]] and login.
- **Add Calendar** Switch to the calendar view by clicking at the top left and selecting the calendar icon. Click on "Add calendar"{{shared:screen_shot_2022-12-22_at_3.37.52_pm.png}}
- **Enter calendar name** Select "Add from directory", put in your account and in the resource field type "PSYCH CAL Colloquium" and it should find the calendar (note it may come up with two options, you should choose the one called "PSYCH CAL Colloquium"). Click on that and then push Add.{{shared:image.png}}
===== Apple Calendar =====
- **Go to Calendar/File/New Calendar Subscription...**
- **URL** Copy the following URL and enter into the dialog box that comes up: https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/cd8a800350f94589aacd2bba6576046b@stanford.edu/5899512ba7cc4cd187e69f105f5bab2d16111554831284765424/calendar.ics {{shared:screen_shot_2022-12-22_at_12.23.07_pm.png}}

- **Add a calendar** Go to "Other calendars" and hit the + sign{{shared:screen_shot_2022-12-22_at_12.29.22_pm.png}}
- **Subscribe to calendar** Choose "Subscribe to calendar" {{shared:screen_shot_2022-12-22_at_12.30.45_pm.png}}
