There is a calendar which will show upcoming speakers that you can subscribe to called PSYCH CAL Colloquium (cal_sc_psych_cal_colloquium@o365.stanford.edu). It is based in Outlook, but can be viewed through iCal (and probably other systems) as well.

1. Open outlook webmail Open Outlook webmail and login.
2. Calendar Switch to the calendar view, by clicking at the top left and selecting calendar
3. Add calendar Click on “Add calendar” and select “From directory”
4. Enter calendar name Type “PSYCH CAL Colloquium” into the “From directory:” box and it should find the calendar. Click on that

On iCal for Mac: If you want to view this calendar in iCal on a Mac, then after doing the above, you need to make sure that you have Exchange configured in “System Preferences” / “Internet Accounts” and Calendar checked. See here.

If this doesn't work, try:

1. With iCal open go to the menu bar at the top of the screen and select iCal, it's to the right of the Apple Symbol in the upper left corner.
2. Select Preferences
3. Once the Preferences window comes up select the Accounts section then select the Exchange account to bring up its information.
4. Select the Delegation tab.
5. Under the list is a + sign. Click this to add a calendar.
6. Begin typing the user's name as above and the auto-completion will begin. Once you've found the correct user's name select it to add it under the Users column.
7. Check show, and the calendar will show up under the delegates section.

(Note that for mysterious reasons this doesn't always work - if anyone knows what the magic sauce is, let me (Justin) know and I'll post instructions here.)
