We decided to have a Freesurfer shared directory on our server.

To connect it from your MAC, open “Finder” and select “Go” from the top menu then, select “connect to server”. You will see following window.

type “gru” then click “Connect”. It will ask you account and password for your access.

 Password hint: GRU's normal "linear algebra" password

Now you can select directory GRU. It will be mounted under /Volumes

To make it mount automatically at your login, go to “Accounts” in “System Preferences”. Select “Login Items” and add the directory by clicking “+” button then select the mounted volume from the side menu.
